Trace's Finest, LLC is a lead generation business that connects individuals seeking services with general professionals such as roofers, plumbers, pressure washers, and other contractors ("Professionals"). We generate and aggregate leads (potential customers' contact information and service requests) through our marketing channels and provide those leads to Professionals who have subscribed to or purchased our lead services.

Lead Generation Role: Our role is solely to collect information from potential customers interested in certain services and pass that information on to relevant Professionals. We do not provide contracting or home improvement services ourselves, and we are not an agent, partner, or joint venture of any Professional.

No Guarantee of Business: While we strive to provide quality leads, Trace's Finest does not guarantee that any lead will result in business, a job contract, or revenue for the Professional. Professionals are responsible for pursuing leads and securing their own customers.

2. Lead Sales & Distribution

Leads are sold and distributed on a pay-per-lead basis to Professionals. By purchasing or receiving a lead from Trace's Finest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Non-Exclusivity of Leads: The same lead may be sold or provided to multiple Professionals. Trace's Finest does not guarantee that any lead you purchase is exclusive to you.
• Lead Information: Each lead will typically contain the prospective customer's name, contact information, and a brief description of the requested service. Trace's Finest forwards this information to you exactly as provided by the customer.
• Professional's Responsibility: Once you receive a lead, you assume full responsibility for contacting the potential customer and performing any follow-up.

3. Refund Policy

All sales of leads are final. By purchasing leads from Trace's Finest, you agree that there will be no refunds, returns, or credits for leads delivered to you under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Unsuccessful Leads: Trace's Finest does not guarantee that a lead will result in a successful contact, job, or sale.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Trace's Finest, LLC provides leads "as is" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of lead information.

5. Payment Terms

By signing up for Trace's Finest lead generation services or purchasing leads, you agree to the payment terms including pay-per-lead fees and monthly invoicing.

6. User Conduct (Professional's Responsibilities)

When using Trace's Finest services and contacting leads provided, you agree to adhere to the standards of conduct, including proper use of lead information and compliance with laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of both the Professionals we serve and the individuals whose information we collect as leads is of paramount importance. Lead information is used only for connecting potential customers with relevant Professionals.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
